Who would have known when Mark started out in real estate back in 1999 that one day his wife and two of his three kids would join him! What a blessing it is to work together. Mark Mahler

Owner & Broker

Mark has served Bell County as a real estate agent for the past 26 years. After graduating from Belton High School, Mark went to Baylor University to play football and earn his degree in business. Shortly after graduating, he married Julie and they left the United States for over a year to be missionaries in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Mark’s real estate career has boasted many accolades over the years. He is also experienced in helping clients with non-traditional real estate actions, such as property tax protests and 1031 exchanges. Mark is at his best when serving others.

When he isn’t hard at work, he can often be found at the family farm enjoying nature, spending time with his 3 kids, and listening to Tim Keller sermons.

Matt Mahler

Realtor

Matt joined the Mahler Group in 2019 after graduating from Baylor University with a degree in Entrepreneurship. He was lucky enough to marry his high school sweetheart, Alli, and settle down with a fun-loving golden retriever. They recently welcomed their first kid in September 2024, Mary Kate.

As a Bell County native, Matt is passionate about loving where you live. From selling your land to buying your first home, Matt has helped many clients through it all.

When he isn’t serving you, Matt is spending time with his family and continuing his search for the best burger in town. Matt and Alli are members at Vista Community Church and enjoy strengthening their relationship with God as well as local friends and family. Matt is the second child of Mark & Julie.

Julie Mahler

Marketing & Hospitality

Julie started helping Mark in real estate in 2015, and soon became integral when helping sellers get their homes ready for the market. Julie’s eye for design and staging expertise helps many of our clients sell or purchase their perfect home.

Her free time is spent prepping for our next Mahler Group sponsored event, working out with her close friends at TrueCore, or scouting out local estate sales. If you visit our office, you can’t miss Julie’s creativity and fun interior design.

Mark & Julie have been a team since their early years at Belton High School and Baylor, and working together has made it all the more fun and fulfilling.

Caroline Mahler Motley

Business Operations

Caroline joined the Mahler Group in 2020 after graduating with her master’s degree from Baylor University. What started out as part time help has resulted in Caroline managing everything from social media to accounting and finance.

Caroline is able to work remotely from Fort Worth, TX where she enjoys life with her husband (Marcus), daughter (Marlowe) and German shepherd, (Koda).

When she isn’t working at her desk, she enjoys spending time with her incredible neighbors, making homemade bagels and watching women’s basketball. Caroline is the oldest child of Mark & Julie.
